Creating a modular Fairytale souvenir shop 🛍️🧙♂️🔮

Heyo! Welcome to a new Planet Coaster 2 video! Thanks to Frontier I got early access to the new update and oh wow! I am thrilled about the release of Planet Coaster 2 Update 6.

One of the highlights for me is the return of the classic Fairytale and Pirate themes. These themes have always been a core part of the Planet Coaster experience, and their comeback brings a wonderful sense of nostalgia and creativity. It’s amazing to see how the developers have not only brought these themes back but also enhanced them with new building pieces, decorations, and ride options that allow for even more imaginative park designs.

★ UPDATE 6 ★

Another major improvement in this update is the introduction of modular souvenir shops. The ability to customize and design your own shops adds a whole new layer of depth to park management. It’s so satisfying to create unique shopping experiences for guests, and it really helps to make each park feel personal and original.

But there was more! the addition of on-ride cameras for guest photos is fantastic. It’s awesome that we can capture memorable moments from rides and sell these photos to guests, which not only adds a fun gameplay feature, but also mirrors real-life theme park experiences.

Overall, I believe this is the best update of the entire spring roadmap. The combination of beloved returning themes and new tools makes Update 6 a must-have for any Planet Coaster 2 fan. It’s clear that the developers are listening to the community and are committed to making the game even better. I can’t wait to see what creative parks the community will build with all these new features!

★ MODULAR SOUVENIR SHOP ★

In this speedbuild series of two episodes, I’m building a Fairytale shop using the new tools introduced in Planet Coaster 2 Update 6. My goal is to create a shop that truly captures the feeling of a real theme park, with all the magic and attention to detail you would expect. I want the shop to look like it could belong in a Disney park or fit perfectly in a fairytale world, with enchanting architecture and immersive decorations. Using the new modular building options, I’m focusing on making every detail feel authentic and magical, so visitors to my park will feel like they’ve stepped right into a storybook adventure. Have fun!

By combining my creations with the great blueprints of Frontier, I was able to build a mini park in a weekend. The perfect way to learn all the ins and outs of Planet Coaster 2. In this speedbuild series you can see how I made Pixelheim, a viking inspired mini park.
